Recruitment

The main persuasive technique present in our recruitment video is "snob appeal". This is found when we say our roles and how it is special. We imply that each employee in ISRO are unique amongst the others. The main focus point of this technique is when we show the positive transformation from before we our job at ISRO and after.

Another persuasive technique that is found during our dialogue on that part of the video is "glittering generality". We say one sentence that represents the benefits that ISRO has allowed us to gain, but we did not mention some disadvantages of our role.
